In 2012, JBN was contracted by Albatross Energy (U) Ltd to conduct the Environment and Social Impact Assessment for the proposed 230 MW Thermal Power Project at Kibingo in Hoima Municipality. JBN also presented the ESIA at the Public Hearing that enabled Albatross to acquire a generation license from the Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA).
